With Linus by her side, what could go wrong?
Struggling to keep up with the Merry Band of Thieves is hard enough without factoring in all the different ways things could go wrong when Lucy attempts to unearth her long lost brother.
Lucy Kincaid is about to find out how low Undraland can drag her as she tries to break the laplanding bond with Jamie. Through the Darklands and back into Fossegrim, Lucy stands with her husband as she risks it all to break Foss and his people free of the Depravity of Man curse. She knows in the end, she’ll have to choose between what could be and what should be, but if she’s not careful, fate will choose for her.
Linus at Large is the final book in a nine-part fantasy romance series written by USA Today Bestselling Author Mary E. Twomey.

Umm wow I'm still reeling from the conclusion to the undraland saga.I've been eagerly reading each installment as fast as they are published since the very beginning when the author traded me a copy for an honest review. I can't thank her enough for introducing me to Lucy and her band of misfits as they have adventures, heartaches and discover they are all stronger than they ever thought possible they bring out the best in each other .
This book starts where the last one ends with Linus coming back to life! What what amazing finally Lucy is reunited with her other half and it's an emotional reunion cue the tears😭well god now that she has Linus back everything can end right?
No of course not she still has to break the laplanding bond with Prince Jamie, dethrone his family so he can take his rightful place as king of the Tomtens, and lift the curse on Foss's people. All in a day's work for Lucy Kincaid.
Alright so that being said if your anything like me this series has been an emotional roller coaster. So many lives have been lost, there has been betrayal and so much heartache, but also love and kindness. So this book is a killer as far as that goes.
Without giving much away because frankly so much happens it's crazy and it has to be read but I will say one of the hardest things is Lucy must finally say true goodbye to Foss. We all knew it was coming and to say they are a dysfunctional pair is putting it mildly, and though they are divorced on the other side we have seen the sparks fly repeatedly. So when they must travel to Fossegrim and be husband and wife once again it's a challenge for them all. Foss is a complicated man when he lets his many walls down your heart just melts but he will also make you so angry you want to do him physical harm as he reverts in one to many ways to the man I loathed. Finally the goodbye is necessary and we can only hope that Foss will find a perfect match down the road, it really was a perfect goodbye.
We get to know Linus and realize how much Lucy was suffering without him and how complete she is just by having him back, I love Linus he is a fantastic big brother and After everything Lucy deserved to get that part of her soul back.
Jens will have you smiling from ear to ear as he grows up so much in this book. He gives Lucy the freedom she needs but he is her rock and he holds her heart so gently but with a fierce protectiveness that I can't help but love.
Jamie and Britta get everything they need and deserve and even Tucker whom was not my favorite to start with redeems himself 10@ times over.
Mary I salute you in your wonderful conclusion to the gang I have come to
Love so much. Thank you for sharing this journey with your readers. I will miss them but they all got what they needed to move on.
I couldn't help but conclude with one of my favorite scenes
"Jens didn’t let go, but hugged Foss until it looked almost painful. When he finally spoke, it was through gritted teeth and laced with masculine emotion that choked me. “I promise you right now that I won’t touch a drop of lavender powder for the rest of my life. I know how much you love her, and I swear to you I’ll keep her safe. Every day, I’ll try harder to be good for her so you never have to worry if she’s still alive.” He closed his eyes. “I’ll guard your treasure with my life, brother.” It took Jens’s stubbornness in not letting go for Foss to finally wrap his left arm around Jens, closing his eyes as he gave in to the brotherhood he’d tried so hard not to need. “Then I won’t stand in your way anymore.”

Linus at Large An Undraland Blood Novel eBook Mary E Twomey Reviews
Really? I'm not ready it wasn't enough. I flew through this book it was over too soon. But all of this series was awesome. I'll read some of the other Toomey series just because I enjoyed this one so much. I'm telling ya....movie.
Sad it's the end of this series. I have never enjoyed a series of fantasy books as these . If you are a lover of fantasy woven in with modern themes and a crap ton of snark, then you will enjoy reading the entire series!
A perfect ending to a traumatic series. This series is one you can't stop once you start. And it will pull your heart stings and have your life on hold while you're thrown into Undraland and getting acquainted with new friends and foes.
Last book in the series and it goes wrapping up a few loose ends. At the same time it leaves some questions open. What happens to Foss after all is said and done? Or some of the nation's in Undraland.
Couldn't put it down, from beginning to end, was a little disappointed with how it ended with foss, and still curious, since lucys story has ended what about linus?...seems a continuation can be on its way?...Cross fingers, lucys been through enough and happy for all she's gone through she gets her version of a happy ending...beautifully written, funny, suspenseful.
This is the first I've read of Mary E. Twoney, but will definitely download the others. You go girl keep them coming! )
I would love to choose a higher rating for this series.. I fell in love with all the characters an the story line. My family thought I was crazy because iv cussed out loud iv laughed out loud an cried.. an they had no clue what was going on.. I hope we get get another book that's shows their life's moving on I would love to see who Foss falls in love with I would to see how everyone turns out an Lucy can open her powers.. love it
It's not often an author can sustain a series this long and leave a reader wanting more, but Mary Twomey does just that. Isn't there any way for the story to continue in the future? Pretty please? It's not often I'll follow a series of this length without it being a Unlimited offering, but in this case I couldn't resist. I won't even admit how many hours of sleep I missed as I raced through each book! The world building, the characters, the well paced plot that never got repetitious...5 stars!
